01/06/2011I don't normally stay at best western but this one was outstanding. great price. quiet. very nicely refurbished. comfortable beds. could not have asked for better.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The amount of towels were limited to 1 per guest, per day. This is difficult to manage, if people take more than 1 shower a day. We had to take down dirty towels to exchange them for clean ones if we needed more. The maid service was often very delayed, coming between 2-4pm in the afternoon, again, hard to get the extra towels and things you need unless you go and get them. At one point, our room was left with so little toilet paper that we had to go down and get another roll. These are just a few things that were a little annoying and could have made for a more peaceful stay-to not have to worry about these things. Overall, it was a nice experience. The rooms are nice and clean.

The hotel was nicely decorated with clean rooms, great rates, good breakfast and a friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Would definately stay here again. Also this hotel is located right off I-75. Easy access to everything.

The hotel staff was very nice, and so was the hotel. Cleaner than anyother Best Western I've stayed in and the entire hotel was much more than you would expect from a Best Western and the price was fantastic!

The room looked like it had never been entered. The floors were beautiful black marble, with carpeting near the beds. Amazingly clean and new bathroom with bowl sink. The stainless steel refrigerator was big. There was a stainless steel microwave. The pool was big, as was the hot tub. The staff was friendly. An excellent place to stay!
