  The room was nice big, clean & quiet. The staff was friendly & welcoming as well as other guests. My son especially loved the pool & hot tub. The Sternberg museum was fun too.

  We stay at this hotel in the spring of 2009 on our way to and from Colorado. Pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Room was big and clean. Kids loved the indoor pool and the free breakfast was very good. Will definitely stay here again on our trip to Colorado next year.

  This hotel was one of the nicest Best Westerns I have ever stayed at. I highly recommend this to future travelers of Hays, Kansas. Yes I know it was a brand new hotel but the setup and the quality of amenities were nice. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. The rate was a little high but they gave us a discount so I would say worth the money. Thanks Best Western Butterfield Hays!!!
