  The hotel was clean; the rooms were more comfortable than I expected. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast was ample. It is close to the airport and they provide transportation. Excellent value for the money. I will go back! (They did require a $* damage deposit which was refunded upon checkout.)

  The hotel was really clean and the staff was really friendly. However, the fire alarm went off at 6am and went off for 30 minutes until the Fire Department came because a pipe bursted, which I have to admit not the hotels fault. Also, the person who checked us into the hotel ran my card twice and charged me twice. The next morning when I got up I went downstairs the the hotel manager was really nice and refunded the night. I had to stand there for about an hour or so as she was on the phone with Travel agency trying to get it all straightened out. I really like the location of the hotel and it is extremely clean with free wifi, I don't see this affecting me staying here for further trips to Fairbanks.

  I was having trouble with my hotel, that I was supposed to stay. That hotel was closed down forever. I called Best Western at 2am and a staff member ran to the airport in the middle of the night to pick me up. They were so kind and nice to me. They gave me wonderful direction to different locations after I picked up my rental car. And before they shuttle me around to a few places. I loved it there. They had nice new hotel. I will be staying there again in the future!
