  Very clean, well kept, quiet hotel. The free breakfast was awesome. The bed was really firm. Has a trolly stop out front. Pool, hot tub, fitness area nice. Will stay here again for sure.

  Room was ready and waiting when we arrived early and the hotel staff was very freindly and more than willing to help in any way necessary!!! Also the room was very clean. My wife even said she would like to stay there again.

  Pretty much what you'd expect from a Best Western. Older CRT TVs, small-ish rooms, plastic cups in the bathrooms. But, you do get what you pay for. The staff was extremely nice and the location can't be beat....right on the highway at the turn to Eureka Springs. One note,,,there are TWO Best Westerns in Eureka Springs, We stopped at the wrong one first, but they figured out what had happened and sent us down the road,

  Nice clean hotel, you get your money's worth here. The service at the restaurant is inconsistant depends on your waitress. The headboard on the bed was loose and it wobble and squeaked everytime you move in the bed. Be sure to put do not disturb sign on door, if you want to sleep late, because they will bang on it about 7:30 am.
