Staff was so friendly and room was clean and confortable. Pool was great and heated. Next door was a "culvers" resturant and the food was excellent and the price well within anyones means. Our dog, Bart, loved it too. We will stay here in the future.

Not up to Best Western standards. Pool under construction (but did not tell me that when I reserved the room). Hallway and 20 or so rooms under construction(also not informed of this) so we had to drag our luggage over the plastic on the carpet and through the workers, noise and dust. Workers began working at 8:30am NOT a great way to wake up on vacation! No toliet paper in the room-had to call-but no answer. I went to the front desk and found the lady smoking outside. She gave me a roll of TP. Cold / hot water was reversed in my room. Manager told me he already had a work order in for that. Note to Best Western: Do NOT rent out units until they are completed!

Me and my family came down to the area to visit some family members. We looked through many hotels, and did some shopping online before making our decision. The price was affordable and the amenities are outstanding. We checked in to the hotel, and the front desk agent was very friendly and professional. She was able to help us out with all of our requests. My kids loved the pool! and we were very pleased with our room. The fact that it came with fridge and microwave was very convenient when traveling with kids. We would definately rocommend this hotel to anybody

We were in town for a wrestling tournament and found this hotel as a last minute search. The outside of the facility looked a little run down and old but the pool area and room was clean and comfortable. The whirlpool spa water had an odor and appeared yellowish green. This may have been from all the wrestlers that were in it before we came down from our room. Either way, I would not have gotten in that water. The room was clean, quiet and secure. The bed was extremely hard. I was very happy with the price for a last minute schedule. They gave me my AAA discount which a lot of hotels do not have available the night before the stay. The desk help at check in was very friendly and helpful. The desk help at check out was not as pleasant. The continental breakfast was just that, as expected, not impressive or disappointing. I most likely I would not stay at this hotel again because I would stay at a cheaper hotel and spend the difference on a good breakfast.
