This was the most disgusting hotel we ever stayed at. The room was absolutely gross! The toilet and tub were still dirty (for our entire stay we had to use the bathroom of another family we came with), the counter top had pubic hairs, there were used towels thrown all around the room, the beds were not made, the bedsheets were stained with blood and who knows what else, the carpets were filthy, and the room stank. When we complained at the front desk she said there was no staff available to clean the room and she could not give us another room. She offered to give us new linens and clean the room OURSELF!!! AND the pool was absolutely freezing because their heater was not working so our kids were VERY VERY disappointed. When we tried to get a refund the manager/owner said there was nothing she could do because we booked online. Every time you bumped into another guest they were also complaining - no bedsheets, no pillows, thermostat not working, no fridge, dirty rooms, AND RAT FECES. There is no security at this hotel. No maintenance. And barely any staff. PLEASE DO NOT stay here, it is not safe, not healthy, and not worth the money (they charge just as much as the other hotels). You have been warned.

No hot water to take a shower, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling and the most pathetic hotel breakfast I have seen. No fruit, no protein, just cereal! THe "free" coffee was awful too! I had to go to Mac Donalds down the road for coffee and food!

The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. My only complaint is about the free breakfast--it was completely starch and the same every day we were there. The only choices were frozen waffles, bagels, and two cereals (Fruit Loops and something else). There was only one toaster for the whole hotel, so many of us waited a long time in line to use the very slow toaster so that we could eat. Otherwise, I would stay there again (but eat out!).

This Hotel that we booked was sub standard... should have been rated -star. The bathroom was dirty, the bathtub had mold. I foud hair on the pillow case when I turned back the bed spread. Luckily we had 2 beds, and I brought a pillow for mycar ride. It was an overnighter, so I elected to wait to get home for a shower. I have seen cleaner bathrooms camping! Also the breakfast was 2 kinds of Childrens cereal, and frozen waffles and cols bagels which were difficult to fit in the toaster. Very poor. I have stayed at Super 8 when we go to Canada every year, but I will never recommend this hotel near the shopping complex.
