My wife and I stayed at this Best Western on April 24-25, 2011. The front desk area was the only nice part of the hotel. The room we got was pretty gross. The fixtures in the sink leaked like crazy. The bowl had age cracks in it. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. The bathroom was very cramped. The room itself was also fairly tight. There were stains on the carpeting that also had lumps in it. The chairs had very dark stains on them and the TV was an old tube type with fuzzy reception. The window curtains were falling down and I had to hook them back up to block out the light. The beds were fairly comfortable but not luxury types. The hallways smelled dingy and a little moldy. This place needs a major overhaul and updating. It is definitely not worthy of a three star rating. The floor staff could not speak English and could not help us. The pool area was fairly clean but there were no towels down there and we had to bring ours down from the room. The wifi worked ok but wasn't very fast and not secure. The hotel itself is in a corporate business area and has been worn out by its guests and not maintained very well on the inside. The outside of the place doesn't look bad, but once you get to your room WATCH OUT. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay there again.

Had a couple of appointments at the Mayo Clinic. The hotel price was convenient, but the stay could've been better. The carpet was filthy. My white socks were so dirty. The bathroom probably needs to be updated little bit. The light hums like crazy when on in the bathroom and the microwave or frigerator knocks during the night when it's silent in the room. The hospitality was nice and friendly and the continental breakfast wasn't the best but was ok. Probably will not stay here again though. You get what you pay for.

The hotel is convinently located just off the highway with easy access to all major roads;there is only one way in and out of the hotel which was a little confusing.; Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Free WiFi in rooms. Only complaints were that the light bulb in the bathroom seemed to hum & sorta flicker and the TV sometimes got a little static. Pleanty of parking on site and even saw security driving around in the evening. Would definately stay again.
