Called ahead to reserve room, reservation not accepted. Slept in clothes all night because room was so cold. Person who checked us in behaved as if we were an intrusion and never made eye contact. Continental breakfast consists of cold cereal, toast, coffee. Rooms were clean, but not well checked: the ""how did we do"" card was already completed by someone else and left on the bed. Water was hot though.
