We booked a jacuzzi room because we saw a nice picture of the motel advertising jacuzzi rooms on their website. There was no jacuzzi in the bedroom. Instead, the jacuzzi was part of the bathtub! The room was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. The receptionist offered to give us air-freshener. She could not move us to another jacuzzi room because they were all booked. The worst part though was that we killed 5 bugs (they looked like ants but they were slow moving and hard to kill)... 2 in the bathroom, 1 on the wall, and 2 in THE BED! When I complained to the manager she said that they had just sprayed. Obviously they did not kill all of them. She only discounted our room by 15.00. We should have left but we were not from this area and did not know where to go to find another jacuzzi room. We should have left anyway though. Definitely not worth the money! Don't stay here!

Dirty wash cloth hanging from shower rod; hair on edge of bath tub, bed comforter smelled like urine, did not trust cleanliness of rug and would not walk on with bare feet. Rooms and entire hotel needs update, certainly needs to be clean. Staff not friendly - was just a job to them. Night clerk totally disengaged, uninterested , no eye contact even during weather emergency, i.e. nearby tornado. Very disappointed as we have been Gold Crown members for Best Western for some years and this is one hotel we would not recommend.
Best advice - better training for staff as this is a hospitality career. -

This hotel surprised me. It says on this website that it has 3 stars. It is deserving more than that. Reception is very welcoming, rooms are quiet and bathroom was exceptionally CLEAN! The only thing was the ventilation system. It was quite loud, but other than that, it was GREAT!

07/18/2006We had a wonderful stay. very accessible to everything. rooms were very nice, pool & hot tub excellent. staff was so courteous & helpful. will go back again.
