  I booked this hotel based on the picutes from the website. I must say the pictures did not do the room justice. The room was MUCH nicer than I expected. It was larger and seems to have been recenlty redecorated. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice and clean. One complaint I do have is that the property has a tennis court that we had planned to use, but when we arrived we were told by the front desk clerk that the net was missing. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

  We needed to make an overnight visit to Eureka Springs and chose this property because of lower room-rate and location. We found that this property is staffed with the most helpful people. From front desk to restaurant and housekeeping everyone was just the friendliest and helpful. The hotel was a pleasant surprise for the rate charged - others required a two night minimum stay. Restaurant food and service is superb. We will make this our lodging choice for quick trips to Eureka Springs
