I enjoyed my stay very much. I was traveling alone and felt very comfortable having dinner in the dining room and a drink at the bar by myself. I travel to Las Vegas about twice a year, sometimes on business and sometimes to visit a friend. I paid a low rate and was happy with everything.

The ad was misleading, it makes it seem like the hotel is right on the strip and it is nowhere near the strip. It is smack dab in the middle of the most ghetto area of Las Vegas I have ever seen. There was no hot water at night, and in the morning when there was hot water the water pressure was so slow I could barely take a shower. The room was clean however, VERY CLEAN and the beds were super comfortable! Simmons mattresses and all! That was the best part was the cleanliness and the comfort of the room. The location however, was really nasty. I wouldn't stay at this particular one again just because of the location, however I would definitely stay at another Best Western. I have stayed in them before and had a much better experience the previous time, in Texas.

I am a large male that can take care of myself so I was comfortable with staying here but others may not feel the same way. Its north of downtown about a mile so the taxi service is slow in responding, etc. but the room was upgraded and the hotel was in good condition so you get what you pay for.

We stayed for 3 nights. We really enjoyed the staff....all very friendly. We were able to park close to our room which is a hard to find convenience in Las Vegas. We will stay again because of the staff and the great price.

Overall it wasn't too bad. A lot of homeless people not too far from the hotel. Pool is open 24 hours or so we were told. When we went at 11p.m. it was locked, but at least it looked clean. Rooms were pretty clean. Staff was very friendly. Air-conditioning was a little weird. We were told that the rooms are preset at 74 degrees. I don't think they were. We were supposed to use our key cards to change the settings which was a little hard in the middle of the night trying to figure out how to do it.The hotel was quiet. We liked that there was a restaurant in the hotel that was pretty cheap. We also got a 10% discount for dinner. The food was okay. Very close to the strip. Overall, would probably stay there again for that price.
