  We found this Inn to be very clean and the staff very friendly. Beds were comfortable, pillows less so. The room cooled well on a very hot day. Nice to be on the college side of the interstate - less highway noise. Was a little surprised at the cost, but it was comparable to the other chain motels in the area.

  Thai is the filthiest place i have ever stayed,hair and not mine ,all over the sheets, nasty showers...stinks to high heaven.... and very very unfriendly help!!

  Our stay at the Best Western was a great experience. The hotel staff was friendly. Check in and out time was minimum. The only thing that I didn't like about the room was that the coffee pot was in the BATHROOM.

  The staff went out of their way. Everything was very clean and the breakfasts were some of the best I have had. There were smiles by everyone and they seemed so happy to help you out. The front desk had lots of info about the city and things to do. Hats off!

  Major problem was desk clerk didn't understand that i prepaid the bill. the credit card number she had belonged to travel agency. it still was not clear at checkout ...

  Major problem was desk clerk didn't understand that I prepaid the bill. The credit card number she had belonged to travel agency. It still was not clear at checkout time. I gave the clerks the travel agency phone # but the clerks didn't talk to one another. The room had cobwebs in the upper corners and the bathroom wasn't very clean. I've stayed in much better Best Westerns.
