The staff was very friendly, check-in and out were easy, continental breakfast was only so-so. This place is old and a little run-down. Don't expect your typical Best Western with this motel, it's a little below the usual standard of Best Western. Would I stay here again? Maybe. I would prefer to find a newer motel or a bed and breakfast. However, for closeness to the University and convenience to restaurant's - I would if I didn't have any better options.

We were glad to find a reasonably priced motel that happily accepted pets. The morning paper and continental breakfast that they provided were an added bonus. The River Walking Trail around the corner from the motel was perfect for walking the dog.

This motel is awesome if you take your pet with you. There is a walking path for both humans and dogs that literally takes you everywhere, The path runs along the river, into several super parks and you can even get to local malls from this path, that is if you are energic enough. It is a beautiful serene adventure. Bring your bike and/or skates, this walking path is an adventure within itself. The motel backs right up on it. The continental breakfast is nice, will fill you up and get your day started. The indoor is pool is great and a nice hot tub along side the pool. This is an awesome place for the price, we definitely enjoyed our stay and will plan to stay again.

We really enjoyed our water view rooms at this hotel. The rooms were very very clean and big and the beds comfortable. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. The pool was either not heated or heated only a little, the kids could not stay in very long.
Breakfast was minimal, the staff did not keep up with refills as quickly as we could hope for but it was okay. We stayed an extra night and had to move to a non waterview room and it was not very spacious although still very clean. We would definitely stay here again, especially if the water view room is available.
