  You will not be able to get this from the hotel. Best Western does not help you at all this was a terrible experience and I am still trying to get a receipt for my stay.

  Stayed in the two-room suite in the atrium area. Very quiet, nice an clean. Nice amenities - free internet, kitchenette, sitting area, indoor an outdoor pools, etc. Older part of hotel is getting updated. Breakfast was a bit lacking - eggs were overcooked and dried out, but biscuits were great! Nice stay for fair price.

  The hotel was clean, friendly staff and the bed was awful! We woke up with our backs hurting both mornings. We were not at a five star hotel but we've had a much better stay for less than a $* rate. We didn't flush the toilet at night (I know that's awful) but it got stuck every time we flushed making it hard to deal with when you are half asleep. Parking was congested with work vans parked along the fence making it hard to get in and out of spaces; probably under contract with the hotel. It could have been very easy access to the room. We would stay there again if we had to.

  we loved the hotel, staff was awesome and the rooms were really nice. the kids enjoyed the two pools and the security was awesome they have cameras everywhere i felt very safe. if we needed anything it was done for us i would recommened this hotel to anyone i will stay here again

  Nasty. go somewhere else. mold in bathroom. chipped paint. don't even think about the carpet. sticky floors.ceiling in bathroom leaked.
