  Not sure how long they keep review here but I wrote a previous review and it does not appear here. The hotle gives you a rate and then when you show up they tack * on knowing no other rooms are available in town. Personnel needs major upgrade starting with the manager. Tv not working,no internet. Swimming pool available when the manager wants to open it. not posted hours.Breakfast area is a pig sty.A/c not working(on purpose-according to an employee). Stay else where. Best western failed to resolve any issues.

  The room was large. The view from our window was a wall 5 foot away. Microwave, fridge, clothing iron w/board, wireless internet, desk... all good things. However, the pool is shut down & in a separate building. Pets are allowed, but only in smoking rooms. $50 charge for staying in non-smoking room with pets. I wish that was clarified on line. Pet walking area littered with trash by the dumpster. No pet droppings receptical/bags. Value to cost ration is good if you are petless & don't get this particular room (with the view of the wall).
