Where do I begin? During our stay here the cleaning staff I guess needed a new flat iron for their hair, b/c when we returned from visting family we found our room propped opened I thought oh the maids must have forgot to close it. We went through the room and my flat iron was gone. When we went to the manager we were told they would replace it and then the next morning they said that we stole it. Really? B/c I would not have gone out with my hair looking as crazy as it did that day. The worst service ever!!!

I had requested a Non-smoking room. My itinerary showed it... And was given a smoking room. When I brought that to the attention of the Desk Receptionist. He gave me a just about empty bottle of air and fabric spary and told me to use that. Which it ran out before I could spray everything and it did not help at all. I tried to bare with it since it was just for one night. But the pillows and sheets had that smoke smell to it that I could hardly sleep. I brought that to the attention of the receptionist when I checked out the next morning. His answer was... it showed up as a smoking request eventhough i showed him my intinerary that had differ! Poor Customer Service... I should have just showed my mean side to reslove it!

Our two-night stay at this hotel was pleasant. The staff was friendly, the room clean, breakfast buffet could have more variety. The hotel is well located on Operations Dr., close to shopping and restaurants.

Great location, mall across the street, all of the chain restaurants on the main road also. Bed was terrible, had an indentation from being used so much, sheet had a cigarette burn in it. Had a reservation that could not be cancelled according to the internet reservation a week before was the last date to cancel, but when arriving room reserved was not available and we slept in a large sweet but had to move the next morning, store our luggage, move to another room that evening. Too much inconvenience. They were nice but did not see that this was an inconvenience.

This was our second stay at this particular Best Western and, again, our stay was wonderful. My Mom is confined to a wheelchair and we requested (and received) a handicap accessible room. Not only was the room accessible, but they even provided a shower chair to use (we always bring our own, just in case). The room was kept immaculate every day of our stay and the breakfast buffet was great--waffles, bagels, cereal, fruit, etc. We are planning our trip for next year and will definitely book this hotel again!
