  stayed at this facilty for the second time in 4 months. first visit was great. had poor customer service on the second visit from the front desk from one particular worker. she seemed irritated w/questions as she was busy reading a book. she had forwarded all requests to another worker even tho there were no other people in the lobby. however, the morning shift made up for it by being very courteous and friendly.

  The best review i can give this place is that 1 week later i have to go to portland again and im staying in the same spot.

  We stayed on September 9th through September 16th and would definitely return. The location is great, easy access to the interstates and to the great rail system that takes you anywhere you want to go in town. We did have a rental car because we wanted to travel the coast and to Mt Hood otherwise we would have taken the rail system which is just across the street. The hotel staff was incredible, friendly and always willing to help with directions and other information The breakfast was really gtood. Lots of variety even homemade waffles. I give them a 10. We loved our room even though we didn't spend a great deal of time in it.
