Shady hotel personnel - Rip off

My husband recently stayed at this hotel. Overall, the hotel was fine, but it was the staff that is the problem. This room was prepaid on our corporate Amex card, this was a business trip, and they harrassed him the entire time he stayed there trying to get him to let them charge his personal credit card for the room. They even called his room a few minutes before midnight to harrass him about it. Upon checkout they gave him a receipt showing a zero balance and that it had been charged to an Amex card. We checked our Mastercard statement online and guess what, they charged it too. When we contacted the hotel, they gave us the run around and claimed that they never charged our Mastercard. Very, very shady hotel manager and employees. I would stay somewhere else to avoid all the hassle.

We were attending three day convention in June and made reservation at this hotel. We were litterally surprised how clean room was. We were told this is the newest hotel in town. Staff was very helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Best Western in Pine Bluff for our honeymoon. We loved the hotel. Our room was wonderful. It was clean and well cared for. It was litterally walking distance to the mall. The breakfast was better than average. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Overall the trip was fantastic and the hotel made the entire honeymoon so much more enjoyable.
