We where very impressed with the Best Western in Shreveport on Monkhouse Drive!!! the Staff at the front desk (ABC esp.) was great! We booked the reservation through Travel Agency and was so impressed with the Hotel we stayed 2 nights. Excellent beds and very clean, just wished we had towels, lol. (only 2 in room). The hot breakfast was great also. We came here to gamble of course and have stayed at the Casinos. They dont even compare to this Best Western. With it only being less then 10 minutes away from Bossier its worth every penny! We would Highly, highly recommend this hotel to everyone we know. (We stayed in the Suite all weekend and durning spring break).

We loved our room. It was clean, welcoming, and housekeeping was extremely nice. There was this book on the desk in the room that provided all the information that we needed about the hotel. When the lounge hours were, how to call for taxi service (this was way cool btw), and the check out info...etc. The employees were extremely helpful, and very nice. We were from out of town, and they did not hesitate to answer any and all questions that popped into our heads. Housekeeping did not barge into our rooms in the mornings like some hotels. The knocked on the door, and asked what we needed or wanted! We have stayed in many hotels where they (housekeeping) practically barged in, pushed us over, and rushed through the cleaning process just to get their job done and to go home. At the Best Western Richmond Suites Hotel it was not like that at all. It was a very nice stay, and we would go back no questions asked.

My Best Friend and I needed a get-a-way badly! Since graduating from college, we don't get to spend as much time with each other as we'd like. She suggested travel agency and I booked the room at this hotel! Our stay was fantastic! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Just make sure you go to breakfast on time! lol! It was fantastic!

why would best western put their name on the line. this hotel is the worst best western i have ever visited and likely the last. the photos are misrepresented. full sized bed not doubles as stated. appears that it was once an apartment complex. [ cats running wild -no main door security- patio doors not secure - no whether stripes on doors with insects and critters crawling under them - old beat up furniture outside] give us a break already. and the worst of all is the nerve to double charge for it. now the hassle of getting refunded
