The room was not very clean, no shampoo, one bar of soap to share between the sink and tub, only 2 towels for 3 people. Small rough towels. Had reserved suite for 2 adults and one young teen, and then had to ask for sheets for sofa. They didn't want to give quoted price. Staff not friendly, if any other hotel (other than the VERY poorly-rated hotels) was open that weekend...I would have changed hotels in a heart beat. Several nice hotels & bed and breakfast's in Natchez. I hate that we picked the busiest time of the year to go. Don't ever plan to stay in THIS Best Western again.
