The Hotel was okay overall. Nothing spectacular but I wasn't looking for anything like that. The only complaint I have is that I wanted a wake-up call on Sunday morning to catch my flight. It happened to be the day to switch to daylight savings time and they didn't adjust for that. So I missed my flight out and had to get it changed. Cost me some extra money to do that. Probably won't stay there again just because that ticked me off.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our hosts were attentive and very helpful with directions. The rooms were super clean. We loved the warm cookies on our return each evening. Our teen loved the free games in the arcade. Make this hotel your choice!

The hotel is very clean and professional. Staff was fantastic and very helpful with everything including discounted tickets to Valley Fair. Breakfast was excellent, free arcade kept my 10 year-old happy. We didn't use the pool or training room but they looked just fine. Four computers in the lobby helped when we were looking for MOA coupons and directions to Apple River Tubing. Great location - only five minutes from Valley Fair, about 20 minutes from MOA, and lots of local amenities like drug stores, Target, restaurants. We spent three nights in July of 2010 here and then went on to a different chain for two nights - the difference was night and day! Staying at BW Shakopee spoiled us, and we would most definitely be back when in the Minneapolis area.

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Very convienent location close to the metro but quieter then staying in the metro.
