  The man at the front desk was really nice. The room was very dirty, however. I was not satisfied and checked out. Once i was introduced to the owner i explained the situation very humbly and the first thing that came out of her mouth was, ""well i am still going to charge you for your stay."" She was rather rude to me. I have had nothing but trouble trying to get my money back from this.

  I love staying at this hotel. Stayed about 10 times. Its very clean, staff is helpful, not much to do but relax. Don't like the fact that pets are allowed but its only on the 2nd & 3rd floor.
