I stayed here for business- and went out one night and left my laptop computer in room. Someone entered room using a key- as door was locked when I left it. My laptop computer was stolen. Hotel said- that it was my problem & I should just claim it on my insurance. Never again, never trust

Checked in for two rooms, one for my wife and myself, one for two of my children. Both were smoking rooms. Portable air purifiers were in both rooms but the rooms just reeked of cigarette smoke. Our clothes smelled of smoke for the next two days. Other major problem is one of location. The hotel is in a light industrial area so don't expect to be able to walk anywhere for a decent dinner or for any entertainment. The front counter staff was friendly; the breakfast at the on-site restaurant, Green's, was good and not overpriced. On balance, I would not stay here again and would strongly recommend that no families stay at this facility for the reasons mentioned above.

We stayed here just for an overnight so we could easily get to the airport the next morning. I got a great rate - much lower than most airport hotels - and this one was a short 15-minute trip away. The staff was helpful and professional, but not as genuinely friendly as I'd experienced at other hotels in Alberta. There are 3 restaurant options here, none of which was particularly suited for families with kids (even my teenager) so we had to drive to find a place to eat. The room was neat and clean. My chief complaint about this hotel - and the reason I wouldn't come back - is that the rooms are not well soundproofed. I could hear the shower in the room next door, and every voice and door opening/closing in the hallway.
