DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL. THE BOSTON BEDFORD TRAVELODGE HAS AN OVERWHELMING MILDEW ODOR. THE ROOMS WERE DIRTY, BATHROOMS FULL OF MOLD, CARPETING FULL OF STAINS. DUST AND DIRT ALL AROUND THE ROOM. CHECKED OUT AND LEFT RIGHT AWAY.

This is definetely a "no frills" place to stay. What they don't say is that it's not very clean either. My husband and I are very down to earth people that don't mind cutting corners and staying at cheap places. However, I stood on a towel in the shower because it was so gross and took the bedspread off the bed before we slept because I didn't dare sleep with it on top of me. Luckily we weren't there to spend time at the motel, we just needed a place to sleep while visiting Boston. The staff however were very kind and helpful in helping us get directions to the subway for a Sox game :)

This place is such a dump. It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. The beds are like a hundred years old. Close to the floor and sagging in the middle. Towels were rough and smelled weird!!! The pool was covered up by a tarp, I guess it was out of commission. I was happy that my kids weren't counting on swimming. It was cheap but it was creepy spent more and stay somewhere else.

Bug Infestation!

I booked this motel for my husband while he was traveling in Boston and while the price was right, it was not worth the fact that he was awoken at 4:00 am by the feeling of being bitten. He got up to find about 50 or so bedbugs crawling around in the bed, on his body and in his hair. He immediately went to the manager and requested another room so he could shower and leave. The manager came to his room to take a look at his bed and responded that ""this had never happened before"" even though my husband could see bug repellant in the office. They did provide him with a new room to clean-up in and agreed to refund his money (although we do not know when that will happen).
