  Stayed for one night. Room was clean. Dresser drawer appeared to not close completely. Bathroom 99% clean but painted by inexperienced painter (Paint on the trim and side of vanity. One of the two washcloths appeared slightly dingy Replacement vanity sits inside of original vanity footprint - Tile needs to be installed to meet new vanity base – Kind of tacky.) Uneven floor where bedroom meets bathroom. No Iron or Ironing Board. Bedding smelled clean and fresh. NO bed bugs. Sleep function did not work on TV because of replacement remote control not fully compatible with TV or wrong program number entered in remote.) No clock radio / CD player in room. No problem with hot water supply or water pressure. Could hear train in distance but not for long and not very loud at all. Each room has own entrance. The area appears to be safe and secure overall. Owner / Desk clerk is very friendly. Good food nearby at Spencer's Restaurant and Bar. We would not hesitate to use this hotel again when in this area.

  This hotels management is the most customer service freindly staff that i have ever encountered in all my travels. our tv remote didn't work they fixed it right away. ...

  THIS HOTELS MANAGEMENT IS THE MOST CUSTOMER SERVICE FREINDLY STAFF THAT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN ALL MY TRAVELS. OUR TV REMOTE DIDN'T WORK THEY FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY. WE NEEDED TOWELS WE GOT THEM RIGHT AWAY. WE NEEDED TOILET TISSUE AND WE GOT IT RIGHT AWAY. I WAS AMAZED OUT HOW QUICKLY THAT YOUR NEEDS ARE TAKEN CARE OF.
