  We stayed two nights at the hotel. The hotel is a 5 min walk from Roma Termini train station and is a 10 min walk to ancient Rome (colosseum, forum etc.). It is accessible to all bus routes and the metro to get to all points of Rome and Vatican. The room was well appointed and updated. The one problem was that it was a duplex room, with the bathroom downstairs (and an office desk and closet too) and bedrooms up on a loft. This means using stairs in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. The airconditioning was not as great. In fact one of the nights the airconditioning did not work and it was unbearable in the bedroom in the loft (this is mid-may). The hotel just offered an apology and nothing else (I would have hoped they gave us a break on the tariff for the nigh). The airconditioning wasn't that great even when it worked. The hotel did not have a safety box in the room, but they did have safety boxes in the reception area. The breakfast was decent. The services were good. They offered to book sightseeing, they had bell service. We opted for the hotel arranged transport to the airport. They charged us 45 euro for the trip (well worth the money since the airport is quite away from the city). All in all, a good hotel for the price (considering location...location...location).

  I picked this hotel because i had stayed here before. it is very cinvient to the termini station making easy access from the airport via train ( 11 euros) and also ...

  I picked this hotel because I had stayed here before. It is very cinvient to the Termini Station making easy access from the airport via train ( 11 euros) and also easy access to the Metro. It was a short four block walk to both. The breakfast provided was ample and the hotel staff were always helpful. The controls for the room theromostat took a little time getting used to. The English language TV is limited to only news- CNN, BBC no real entertainment stations. Overall though this was a great choice for me.
