5 women stayed in this converted apartment for 4 nights. We were completely comfortable, the kitchen was handy for the night we ordered in to rest our tired feet, the place was very clean and updated, and the only bothersome noise was from the emergency vehicles that on occasion came down 49th. We were never bothered by noises from other guest rooms. The location was very convenient to both Rockefeller Center and Times Square as well as the eastern side of Central Park. The Grey Line Tour bus picked us up at the corner of 49th and Lexington in front of the Waldorf Astoria, only a half of a block away. All of the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and bed bug free!! I would definitely stay here again when traveling back to NYC.

The hotel is in a great location. The room was more like an apartment with full kitchen, living area, bedroom & bath. The only cons were that there was no valet parking (there is a parking garage down the street but it was hard to carrying our bags), and the sofa bed would not pull out so my girls had to sleep on a cot that had a permanent indent in the mattress so there wasn't much sleep for them. Get a 2 bedroom if you have more than 2 people in your party.

This was like staying in a rented apartment! It was better than my apt at home! The rooms were clean and beautiful rooms! Loved having kitchen and living room/dining room along with the bedroom and bathroom! Has a continental breakfast each morning with the regular of cereal, bagels, pastries, waffles and fruit. It was always clean too. Has free internet service which was great! The hotel staff was always helpful and friendly! Easy walk to 51st subway station! Close to many of the midtown sites! Just plan on noise at night when you are trying to sleep(so bring your i-pod).

I stayed 2 nights in the 1BR suites and really enjoyed my stay. The rooms look like apartment rooms. I liked the feel of having my own living room and dining room table to sit and relax. The full kitchen was a nice touch that included plates, silverware, and fridge stocked with continental breakfast items: bagels, juice, creamer, and coffee. I also appreciated the simplicity of walking in the door and being able to get to my room in 30 seconds. No huge lobby to trudge through, no wait for elevator, and no huge hallway to walk down. If you are a traveler checking out Rockefeller Plaza with a family member it is perfect. There is a nice restaurant right next door and a good NY pizza parlor as well. I will try to stay here every time when on business.

Our church youth group traveled to NYC in a group of 21. We had 4 suites, and had a wonderful stay! Breakfast left in kitchen in room, and they left more in rooms we requested more of certain options. Full kitchen with dishwasher!
