My husband and I were recently stayed at this Candlewood hotel in Burlington, MA. The price was just what we needed for our short stay. We were exceptionally happy with this hotel. Very clean, loved the kitchen amenity and being able to have the essentials right at our fingertips, they also offer a the well stocked "food pantry" available downstairs. They also offer free washer and dryer on site. But the very best part was the friendliness of the staff. Instant new friends!

The location is great very close to all freeways in and around Boston and Salem. The place was bright and cheerful on entering. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean and well stocked with everything we would need. The little general store had things we needed, and the work out facilities were very nice. We had a lot of sightseeing we wanted to do and were exhausted when we came back. The hotel was quiet, and provided a great place to relax after long days of walking and driving. It was also located across the street from a mall so if you forget anything it is all right there. There were nice restaurants close by as well and with the kitchen in the room you can bring back leftovers too. One day we felt like sticking around the hotel and watched a movie on the DVD player provdied and in general enjoyed the solice of the room. It was like a hopme away from homw. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was top notch and very professional. Book this place, you will not be sorry!

We did not have a clue how to best access Boston, what do to with free time in between appointments, or how to squeeze 3 people into our suite. The staff helped us with all these problems. They are conveniently located, have preprinted maps of public transportation, and routes to the airport, and rollaway beds. They even offered us the staff ketsup bottle when none was to be found. The room was clean, there were movies to borrow, and everything else we asked for we received. (Extra blankets, fresh towels, etc.) Staff was really friendly! There is a great Mexican restaurant next door, a giant book store nearby, a mall right across the street, a nearby convenience store, and freeway entrances with 2 or so blocks! OK, so it is a little difficult to find the actual entrance to the Hotel. And they do not have a fan in the workout room. Other than that - excellent!

The hotel was a great value for the price we paid. The staff was friendly. It was easy to find due to the proximity to the Burlington Mall. The room was a good size and the hotel location itself was a great location with a beautiful view. The kitchen and utensils really came in handy when trying to cut the cost of vacation. The laundry facilities as well were great. The only complaint I had was that room service only came in once every seven days. As our trip was only six days, we didn't get our room cleaned once.

PLUS; Nice size room. Nice to have refrigerator Great location. Very pleasant front desk staff. Accomodations had everything you need. Fair rates. MINUS; AC very noisy. Bathroom door hinge screws were loose. Floor dirty on arrival. SUMMARY; Economy has its price but this was a nice experience overall.
