The Casa Loma is in a great location it is a nice place but not fancy so keep your expectations in check or stay more upscale. The room was spotless had a great view so upgrade to the canal side to enjoy the sunsets. The staff was very kind and a nice cont breakfast was a bonus. We would stay here again anytime.

Experience was awful! Saturday morning I left the room, when I came back the bed was made up. When I pulled the sheets back, it was the same sheets I sleeped on. They don't change the sheets unless the guest ask them too. They change the sheets every three days.(Nasty) I killed a bug that was on the table in the room Friday night. Satruday morning, I lleft the room, came back and same dead bug was still on the table. The fitness equipment didn't work at all, I was p/o! The toilets had black mold under the rim. I refuse to walk barefeet on the bathroom floor and the carpet in the rooms look black and dirty. I refuse to bring any food into the room. I refused to unpack my luggage and put it in the draws. I couldn't wait to leave that place. NEVER! NEVER! AGAIN, I STAY IN THAT PLACE. I'LL RATHER PAY MORE MONEY AND STAY IN THE COURTYARD OR HILTON GARDEN SUITES.

Great Motel. The grounds are very well manicured and you can enjoy the sunset from your room, the pool area, or the sun deck. The rooms are super clean and spacious and includes a kitchen. The manager, made our 2 day stay enjoyable. The motel is located close to several resturants that all within walking distance.

When I arrived I was told that the WIFI was down and would be repaired shortly. It never was during my stay and probably is still out. Some outlets in the room were broken and when the staff was told of this, they mentioned that the outlets were broken for some time and would not be repaired. Daily maid service was inadequate; the bathroom was not cleaned well and dirty dishes from the day before were still there after they had cleaned! The continental breakfast did not exist; just a couple of urns of coffee. Staff was fiendly, though. Luckily I was out of the room during the days. I would not stay there again.

The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the outside door for our particular room was broken so we couldn't go outside threw that door. Also the bar across the street was closing down so we couldn't walk to dinner, but that isn't the hotels fault. It was a nice room bed was a little uncomfortable, but the view from the pool spectacular as the sun set right down the canal it was perfect. Hotel staff was great and very friendly. Shower was great and very powerful.
