  We stayed in a 3bed over new year's 2010. great location (between the marriott and hilton) on the beach. huge deck with wall of sliding doors opens up the space. Luxury finishings. Our condo looked exactly like the one pictured. Waikoloa is very convenient to many beaches nearby and day trips to everywhere on the island. It is expensive, as is Hawaii in general, but for a group of ppl, you get WAY more for your money at Kolea than paying for individual hotel rooms (especially if you cook at home). Kitchen was well-equipped. Welcome baskets of fruit and goodies were waiting for us.
