  Toliet overflowed, but it came with a plunger.... Room smelt like a bar!!! Second room someone had slept in and no one made bed or changed sheets. We were scammed, maybe they have better rooms but the 2 we were shown were disgusting. Then we were forced to pay for one night stay because of a NO REFUND policy. We didn't even stay there for the night, we paid for. I would have rather stayed in a tent for my ski trip than in those 2 rooms. Oh and hot tub didn't work as promised.

  Our room had kitchen, etc. great for long stays, tight budget. creede, pagosa springs, wolf creek pass are an easy drive. hot tub welcome. friendly, knowledgeable hosts and cleaning crew. ...

  Our room had kitchen, etc. Great for long stays, tight budget. Creede, Pagosa Springs, Wolf Creek Pass are an easy drive. Hot Tub welcome. Friendly, knowledgeable hosts and cleaning crew. Within walking distance of some South Fork eateries. Most rooms on ground level. Quiet, we slept soundly and comfortably, which at our age is unusual.
