  The hotel was well located in a quiet neighborhood near Buckingham Palace , a very good Indian restaurant Tamarindo, and not too far from an entrance to the tube. The room was clean but very very small, (as a matter of fact it was much smaller that the cabin we had on a cruise we had recently finished!) one person had to stand in a corner while the other passed by the end of the bed. I would hate to have to spend much time in the room ! The window looked out onto the back side of another building, quite gloomy Maid service was slow, were out all day returned a 4:00 PM to get cleaned up for the evening to find our room had still not been attended. The restaurant service in the morning for breakfast was good. The front desk service was good, with exception of the day concierge who had to rank as the rudest I’ve ever encountered and any hotel in any country anywhere in the world! So if your need any help during his shift---you are on your own

  I had a king size bed, and would have liked the mattress to have been a king size, rather that 2 twins put together. Apart from that, the hotel is just perfect, and probably one of the best small hotels in the WORLD
