  We stayed for 5 nights. The flight arrived at 6am. We jumped on the 99 bus for 4 Euro and arrived at the Magnan Stop. It was about a 5 minute walk to the hotel, where we were allowed to leave our suitcases. The check in time was not until 2pm, we were extremely tired, and had to occupy ourselves until then. It was not a nice experience, and the desk clerk was very rude, and had no sympathy. When we were allowed in ,the room was not ready, we had to wait outside until the cleaner finished. That entire first day was a write off since we slept the afternoon away. The next clerk was much friendlier, but the original one was there on and off. She should not be working with people. The room itself was clean and we were suplied with most of what we needed, including a coffee maker. The market was a short walk away, and everything you could want was available. The bus service was directly across the street. Visit the TI and they will supply you with a route map, which you will figure out in time. Do not rent a car to drive in Nice. There are no parking spots available anywhere. The hotel has limited availability, at a 7 Euro a day cost. The bus takes you everywhere, and if you can purchase a 7 day pass for 15 Euro you can travel to Monaco and all the small towns . There are 2 bus companies and you can use the same pass on most routes, except to return from Monaco. The beach is 2 minutes away. Bring a towel, or pay large sums to purchase one.In general the hotel was a good value, and the location was ideal for us.
