  I booked a room with a hot tub, went there to check in after spending the day at busch gardens and was disappointed to find out they overbooked and only had a regular room. The clerk at the front desk told me he would give me numbers to other hotels if I would like. This was at 10:00 pm on new years eve. I did not want to go to another hotel, I wanted the room I booked. We left very disappointed.

  The kids pool area with pirate ship and slide was wonderful! the pictures do not do it justice! the hotel is right near busch gardens and the staff was great. ...

  The kids pool area with pirate ship and slide was wonderful! The pictures do not do it justice! The hotel is right near Busch Gardens and the staff was great. My kids will make sure we are back soon!
