  Staff was friendly and helpful. I was a patient at the Cleveland clinic and was given the Cleveland clinic rate of $$, best rate I could find. There was a BAD roof leak at the main entrance, but it did not affect the hotel in any way other than the lobby. Only 1 ice machine was working in the entire hotel. However, the room was nice, well appointed, very comfortable bed and the room appeared to be clean. My wife got a staff infection in her foot which required hospitalization and the only surface that her feet touched was the bathroom floor and the shower at the hotel. Very big coincidence if it didn't occur there.
