Wonderful two night stay at this great hotel! Amazing front desk staff who attended to our every request or need. Beautiful facility gave us a very relaxed feeling. Breakfast was fantastic - even if we were on a diet. Thank you Hampton Inn for making our trip special.

It was a family trip, with all my kids, we used two connecting rooms, and the quality of the rooms, the appearance of the hotel, and the service of all the staff was excellent. It is conveniently located near the Houston Airport.

I was moved to two different rooms and neither AC's would cool the room. As a result a very restless night. In addition, a wakeup call was requested in order to catch a flight. The desk did not call and thus I was an hour late. Made the flight with little time remaining. This was the worst experience I have ever had at Hampton Inn,

I would highly recommend this hotel. I stayed here on business and my room was great! The comfort of the kingsize bed and the bedding was much much better than some of your more expensive hotels out there. The breakfast bar was also very very good and the decor of the atrium area in the lobby was also very tastefully done.The room was also decorated very nicely and everything was very clean. The temperature of the room was always perfect without ever having to regulate the temperature myself. The bathroom was also very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will continue to stay at a Hampton Inn & Suite locations in the future if they are anything like this one. I have stayed at some Hilton's and Marriotts where the bed was not as nice or comfortable as this one. I also got it for a great price that couldn't be beat!

We enjoyed our visit. The room was very comfortable - the bed was up to par with more expensive places we've stayed. They had a pretty decent hot breakfast in the mornings as well. It was a bargain considering the quality of the stay verses the cost per day. We only had one complaint and that was as an over zealous maintenance staff. Both days we were there we had a man from the maintenance staff knock on the door then without any hesitation to allow someone to respond, he barged in the room. The first day it was to change the air conditioner filter and the second day it was to set the clock back for day light savings. I would recommend making sure the extra inside lock is engaged .........juuuuuust in case. All in all ..........nice place.
