  Came to Bermuda at the last minute to escape Hurricane Dean in Mexico, where we were supposed to go. Had a hard time getting last minute reservations anywhere so we booked a room here for 5 nights. Terrible mistake. Had the 2 bedroom Landfall Cottage. Outside was very run down. It smelled very musty. The walls, carpeting and furniture were filthy. The furniture and shower curtains were moldy. There were electrical outlets hanging out of the walls by wires. Lamps didn't work. Hot water faucets didn't work. Ceiling paint peeling.
  The view was great, but there is no beach within easy walking distance. It is convenient to have the bus stop right outside the hotel.
  This whole property needs complete refurbishing. We spent 2 nights which were the worst I've ever spent in a hotel. We were then able to get a room just up the road at Grotto Bay, which was great.

  This place was horrible. outdated furniture, poor housekeeping, kitchen was dirty with old appliances. my kids wouldn"t sleep in their beds because they were so old and appeared ...

  This place was horrible. Outdated furniture, poor housekeeping, kitchen was dirty with old appliances. My kids wouldn"t sleep in their beds because they were so old and appeared dirty. Construction workers were staying in the accomodations next door- need I say more! Don"t go there, it is an absolute nightmare!
