The hotel is in a GREAT location!!! the rooms are small but nice, I would stay here again! Service was good, employees were helpful and friendly. Great Deli next door plus 5th Ave shopping right around the corner and St Patricks Cathedral, oh and dont forget right across the street is Radio City and Rockefeller Center. Like I said "Great Location"!!!

Totally satisfied. Entrance was a little obscured and hard to find. Room was small considering it to be in middle of Manhattan, but nice and clean. Maid and concierge service were excellent. Conveniently located at half a block from Rockefeller Center. It was pricey but a nice stay.

VERY CLEAN, VERY SAFE, GREAT, GREAT LOCATION WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING. STAFF VERY HELPFUL & INFORMATIVE. THE TERRACE ON THE 7TH FLOOR IS AMAZING WITH MAGNIFICENT VIEWS OF ST.PATRICKS CATHEDRAL, ROCKFELLER CENTER AND RADIO CITY MUSIC HALL. FOR THE PRICE YOU COULD NOT DO BETTER THAN THIS LITTLE TUCKED WAY JEWEL OF A FIND! DON'T THINK ABOUT IT ANYMORE BOOK,BOOK,BOOK THIS HOTEL!

MY sister and I planned a four night stay for our first visit to NYC. I got us Statue of Liberty Tickets. I read through many descriptions of hotels and decided on Club Quarters because of all the positive reviews. AND THEY WERE RIGHT :) You cannot beat the location. Steps away from just about every attraction in the Manhattan area. The world famous Rockefeller Center and Radio City Music Hall are right infront of the hotel. There's so much to do and see in every direction. You can walk to most attractions in minutes, plus Rockefeller Center has an indoor subway station to catch the train whenever you need it. The Museum of Modern Art is a must-see. You've gotta go to the "Top of the Rock" at sunset for a spectacular view of NYC. If you watch the Today Show, you can get up early and get a spot to see the "Summer Concert Series." We saw Sting and he was awesome. The hotel is very cozy. It's not big and ostentatious like the Hilton. The lobby and the rooms are small, but there's enough room for two people to sleep and bathe and watch tv. In NYC, you don't spend too much time in your hotel room anyway , there's too much to do and see. I wanted a clean room with friendly staff and a great location and that's what I got. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is nice. Because of its location, only people staying in the hotel would come in and out and the staff always recognized and greeted you. I didn't feel I had to worry about alot of strangers just walking off the street into the hotel. We had a blast and I can't wait to do it again.

The Hotel was in a great location. We had no issues with hotel. They fulfilled any requests expeditously. The rooms are small as others had said. We felt that with us sightseeing this was really not an issue. We only slept and cleaned up. We could walk to so many sights it was so great. I would stay there again and recommend anyone that was a first time visitor to do the same. For price anyway.
