While the owner and staff are very nice it does nothing to make the accomodations satisfactory. Luckily I took my own towels and sheets because I needed them. The bedding, towels and furniture looked to be from the 1960's and never upgraded or replaced. You WILL need a car if you stay here and the "20 minute" walk to the beach should be couched with the heat and humidity. There are other options that unfortunately we didn't find out about until we got to the island.

Angel the owner was very friendly,we had a security guard all night. don't espect the amenities of other hotels like blower,ironing board in the room, if you are planning to use the kitchen bring your own pots and pans plus utensils renting a car is a most. it was ok for the low budget we had.
