Just checked out and we will not be back. Upon arrival we asked for a late check-out and were given permission to check out at 2:00 instead of 12:00. Even with a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door, the maids walked in on us twice...once before the normal checkout time of 12:00 and once before our extended checkout time of 2:00. The second maid was rude and mean. The desk clerk was also unfriendly and unhelpful. NEVER AGAIN. Not to mention the room was gross, the furniture old and ugly, and the carpet smelled. BEWARE!

During our romantic (HA!) stay, there was construction going on from 7 a.m. thru 5 p.m.-even on Saturday. The continental breakfast was paltry and never restocked when our of food. The carpet and bedspread in the room were filthy. The elevator was out of service. I talked to the manager to see if I could get at least some of our money back - he was scornful. I will NEVER EVER COME BACK HERE!!

Went to this hotel for a weekend getaway. The trip was cut short by a day. The bed linen was spotted, and the room was dimly lit. There were a group of softball teams in the hotel as well, and I had to contend with running and loud noise in the hallways all night. The worst part of all, was waking up to a bunch of ants crawling in the bed. I reported it to management and received a $10 discount off of the price of the room. I will not stay at this location ever again."

This property is dingy and worn, and the bathrooms are horribly dirty. The worst I've seen in literally hundreds of hotel stays. We looked at 4 rooms before settling on the ""least objectionable,"" as we were in town for family funeral and there aren't a lot of alternatives in Jonesboro, Arkansas!
