Pros: Clean, modern, good value for the money - Close to downtown - less than 10 minutes from the XL Center and there is a BK just around the corner for grabbing a quick bite to eat. Cons: The hot water took a long time to get upstairs, and when I arrived at my Non-Smoking room the entire room wreaked of smoke. The smoke detector was unhooked and hanging off the wall. I'm assuming that whoever cleaned the room was smoking in the room. The only reason I rated the service badly is because they messed up and double charged me for the room when I had prepaid for it through the travel agency. Otherwise it is an Okay place to stay and I would stay again.

THis hotel is brand new and now my favorite hotel in the Hartford / Manchester area. I usully stay in Manchester because it is outside of downtown Hartford and easy for me to get around. This hotel is even loser to Hartford and right off the highway. Its new and the lobby and rooms are really contemporary and stylish, but very comfortable. Breakfast was good, wireless was free and fast. Staff was super friendly and I saved $$ compared to the hotel I used to stay at. This is my new hotel when I need to be in CT!
