Have stayed several times, las at end of March 2011. The staff were all most helpful and kind - some of the best we have experienced anywhere. The manager voluntarily came and chatted with us and was also most charming. The rooms have always been clean, the shuttle to the airport was a most useful facility and the free breakfast was most acceptable. We hope to stay again!

We stayed here because we received a really good company rate, and it sounded like a good place......boy we were wrong! After finding tons and tons of hair in the bed/pillow sheets, huge stains on the blankets, stains on the pillow cases and dirt on the floor, we complained. They said all they would do is let the cleaning staff know for tomorrow to do a better job and give us some clean sheets to put on if we wanted. The sheets we were given were not even clean!! I asked for a new room and they said they were too full (it was 9:30pm and the parking lot was empty) Bad customer service and unsanitary conditions. The Health Department would have a field day here!! Like the last post said, pay the extra (we are doing that tomorrow night!)

hotel staff unfriendly, rooms of low grade. Waterslide is lame. Our vehicle was broken into while parked in front of their hotel. They showed me where the pay phone was to call the police and said they are not liable as we signed a waiver. They said they had no cardbord so we could cover up our broken window. Or a broom to sweep away the shattered glass. Pay the extra folks, and get a relieable hotel that offers service, comfort and safety.
