  I have worked in customer service for 7 years, so I say that to say I know how hard it is to please people. I never complain. First thing I found was a huge spider in our bed, woke up the next morning with tons of bites. Also fire alarm was hangin from ceiling by exposed wires. Air did not seem to work for first 3 hours. Seemed to after. Called Desk for fan....they had none. Thing that made me most mad.....took, I swear, 20 minutes for water to get hot! We let the water run and it would finally get warm.

  My family stayed overnight at this location and had ants in our bed. Changed rooms and awoke to ants crawling on us at 3:00 a.m. Went to shower them off to find the ceiling light fixture dangling out of the ceiling by 2 exposed wires. Major fire hazard! Couldn't use the A/C in my son's room due to ants in his A/C as well. Reported this to the desk personnel and were told it wasn't their problem since we booked online. Paid $* for 5 hrs. of sleep. Definitely NOT worth it. Would NEVER recommend this hotel!!!
