The motel looks very fancy when you walk in, but looks are deceiving. The ice machines didn't work, the bed matresses were really awful and the iron in the room, which I had been counting on, didn't have a temperature dial (thank God my friend in the next room had a good iron). Overall it was an OK place, but I expected more for the extra price it cost compared to other comprables in the area.,

The hotel staff was rude. The keys had to be reprogramed each day. The rooms has a bed and a TV.. Nothing much else. The door had a large crack under the door so privacy was a huge issue. The hot tub doesn't work and the pool needed cleaning.

The motel was dirty. The rooms lack basic things like a refrig or a microwave you would expect from a motel in this price range. The keys continually were having to be reprogrammed. The neighborhood is scary. There are 3 seedy strip clubs within view of this hotel. There is a railroad track in from of this place that has traffic all night with horns going each time it crosses a street. When you get off the interstate you must do a dangerous u turn at the light because there is no turn in. The staff is rude. The wireless service is marginal at best. The tubs do not drain properly. I will never come back to this hotel!

I attended a conference here and thought that it would be convenient because the conference was there. This is possibly the worst stay I have had in a hotel in this price range. Although the rooms were okay and the pools were in good shape, the rest of the hotel is understaffed and in poor repair. 3 times in 3 days I waited for 5-10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to handle a request. The continental breakfast is VERY limited and there are no restaurants within walking distance of this hotel. I could only find 1 working ice machine in the whole place and there were no working drinking fountains! I will never go back. A a note, they double charged me when I checked out!!!
