We've stayed in the hotel before and like before it was a very nice stay. The room is very clean and the staff very friendly. We arrived in Cleveland early and I needed to use the restroom, so while I used their restroom the restroom, the woman at the front desk checked to see if our room was done. They allowed us to check in 2hrs early. When we needed directions the staff was more then happy to direct us. We will stay here again and again. Also, the locations is wonderful and the price for this clean of hotel was great!

I stayed here Jan 21, 2010 in a whirlpool suite. The hotel was nice. When we first got off the elevator all I could smell is the bread from the subway downstairs, this made me start to worry am I going to smell this all night. Much to my surprise once we got into our room the smell was gone. The room was spacious, nice, and clean. Whirpool was worth it and the bed was very comfy. Plus we were able to walk to Gund Arena .I will def be back to Cleveland and would stay here again.

When I booked my stay, it was pretty much last minute. When they said it was a Comfort Inn, I was less than enthusiastic. But - my own poor planning & less than robust budget forced my hand. Nothing wrong with *this* Comfort Inn. Nice location, clean, quiet, a decent enough continental breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

It's an old building and you get that feeling right away. When we stayed there it was Memorial Day and there were NO open places to eat even though the guide said there were at least eight restaurants nearby. We walked blocks in each direction and nothing was open. The tiolet was stopped up upon our arrival and there was some confusion about broken furniture in our room that had to be removed. The bathroom is rather tiny.

The Hotel Could Be Out Of Your Way

If your staying over by CSU, this hotel is perfect. If your going to the Indians/Cavs game, it can be a walk but not that long considering the price. If your going to the Browns game, it might be better to stay a little closer. As far as the hotel, the price is great. The rooms were very clean and never had a problem with the customer service/front desk. The only thing that really needs improvement is the outside appearance. It seems a little run down but for the price a night, the hotel is worth the stay. It has a really good pizza place and sub shop connected. Will stay again when I am on this side of the city!
