  when you travel 10 hours anticipating staying at a good hotel, you arrive, only to find out that the pool sauna and whirpool do not work. Why do we let them get away with this. WE are paying for the pool,sauna and spa, yet we do not get it.
  I did not stay here because when I arrived the amenities wern't working.
  this review process forces you to answer as if you stayed there but I felt it was important
  to let people know they will tell you in the morning it's working but by the time you get there amazingly its not working. It happened at 4 choice hotels in 4 different states. and a 100 % guaranteed is not a 100% guaranteed, it's what they feel like giving you not whqat you feel you deserve. BEWARE OF COMFORT INN ESPECIALLY.
