We recently stayed at this hotel, if you want to eat breakfast get there early. They set the clock in the breakfast room fast and lock the doors early. If you are in the room get your food fast as they clear everything off the counters in record speed. The older lady working the breakfast room is extremely rude, she actually used very vulgar profanity when a guest asked her for someting. The staff is not very friendly, I felt that I was inconviencing them by being a paying customer. The pool is very small and has a very strong chemical order in the room. The rooms are small and sparcely furnished, they don't even have full sized pillows on the beds. They say they are Queen sized bed, more like Double. Not much in the way of dining near by you need to drive quite a ways to get a decent meal.

stayed there on way to niagara falls with my family. Girl at front desk in evening was very helpful and nice. Great service. Enjoyed the cookies that they made each evening. Pool was a pleasure. Very comfy beds and pillows would stay again and again!!

The location to the Finger Lakes Race Track/casino was good. Be on time for breakfast, the doors lock promptly at 9am, and the free coffee in the lobby is in the breakfast room, so you are out of luck if you want coffee. I went down at 9:03a and was locked out of the breakfast room. The pool closes at 9:30 sharp. No life guard at anytime, but the pool is closed right at 9:30. The rooms were OK, nothing fancy. A bit overpriced in my opinion. The elevator make some scary sounds, so use the stairs. Didn't feel like a brand new hotel. No ice or vending on 2nd floor, even though it was marked on the wall, the room was totally empty they were supposed to be in. The staff was not what I would call overly helpful. One desk clerk acted like I was bothering her when I checked in, but the morning clerk was very nice. There was a stain on the bedspread, which looked like blood, which was pretty gross. Didn't see it until morning. Overall, really not impressed. We travel a lot, and have paid a lot less for a lot nicer places.
