Reserved via Sams club. Also asked for ground floor. Was placed on what was later learned to be third floor up large flight of stairs. Asked about incoming weather as it was snowing. Told by clerk she does not watch the weather. It bores her. Breakfast was bare bones minimum. Not a top reccomendation unless all others are full in the area. Night clerk was minimally friendly. Day clerk was nice. Room had old chemical smell. Again minimal to meet the standard.

When I asked for a ground floor that had no more than one step to access the room (after being told they have no elevator) they booked me on the ground floor that has 6 steps for a handicapped person to climb! The room smelled musty and stale and the breakfast is the worst I have seen. No fruit and the baked goods equal bread, small bagel in a baggie, cheep pre-wrapped cupcake muffin. Think the minimum to meet what is stated.

We stayed for three nights June, 2009. The rooms were very clean, staff was excellent and very cordial. They appeared eager to clean or fix anything wrong. For the mony this is the place to stay, we have stayed in 4-5 stsr hotels that weren't any cleaner!
