Whatever you do, avoid this property. I am shocked it falls under the Choice Hotels umbrella. The rooms were filthy, and simply disgusting. We found a dirty baby bottle found sticking out of the mattress, and no one to cared to answer any of our requests. The manager was rude to every person he came in contact with. He used language which is forbidden in this review. I travel professionally approximately 200 nights per year, and I'd prefer to sleep in the trash bin down the road then stay at this property.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. The suite we stayed was big. The front desk staffs were friendly. The complementary breakfast was excellent. Its location is perfect--near the Phoenix downtown. Highly recommended
