We love this place! We have stayed at this hotel several times in the last year, each time just for an overnight as we traveled through Flagstaff on our way to or from Colorado. The rooms are recently updated and are beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast offers more than many continental breakfasts, with waffles, yogurt, cereal, breads, fruit, and hard-boiled eggs. We have found the staff very accommodating and friendly. I don't know why this hotel has only 2 stars--it definitely is a grade above many of the 2-star hotels listed. This is the only place we care to stay when in Flagstaff!

The room we stayed in was infested with BED BUGS. We eventually were credited for our stay however the hotel owner refuses to pay for the exterminator we needed to hire. BB's are extremely invasive and you can have an infestation immediately. We were aware to bring in the exterminator upon our return home. However they refused to pay for the service. Their problem became our problem and the owner does not care! They do not care about your health or safety. Be aware you have been advised about their poor pest managment procedures and their anti customer service policy.

We very much enjoyed our one night stay at this property. The location was convenient to the interstate and to restaurants. The room was very comfortable, clean, and one of the nicest Comfort Inn rooms we've stayed at. Breakfast was good and the dining area was in a lovely logde setting. The only disappointment was the facial piercings on the front desk staff...very unprofessional, Choice Hotels!

We stayed here while traveling to Grand Canyon and Las Vegas from Phoenix and it was a cute hotel. It is undergoing remodeling and is going to be very quaint and homey -- the flooring was not done yet when we were there. The staff was great, the breakfast was very good--loved the waffles and the boiled eggs, and the rooms were clean. The location is great for walking and driving around Flagstaff -- restaurants and stores nearby. I would recommend this hotel -- for 2 stars, this is definitely top-notch!

I chose this hotel because it was close to NAU which my daughter and I were touring, and for the price. We were pleasantly surprised. I got lost on the way into town (I'd never driven up there from Scottsdale without my husband) and ended up at NAU instead of the hotel, and a nice young man from the hotel cheerfully gave me directions while I was driving. We got there well before check-in, but they had a room ready for us and let us check in early. The room was comfortable and clean. I usually have a problem sleeping the first night away from home, but the bed and pillows were comfortable enough that I had no problem sleeping. We were far enough away from the tracks so we didn't hear the trains AT ALL even with the window open all night. We did not utilize the breakfast as we wanted to eat in Old Town, but it looked good. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
